“Forest Heart” was recently published in Eternal Haunted Summer, Summer Solstice 2022 issue.
This poem started as a brief meditation on how my perception changes my experience of the forest, and morphed into a more textured exploration of forest magic over several revisions.
This issue of EHS also features my review of The Four Profound Weaves.
Check it out. Thanks!
"Night Communion" was published in Eternal Haunted Summer, Winter Solstice 2021 issue.
This poem explores how it might feel to make love with the night, inspired in part by Annie Sprinkle's essay "Beyond Bisexual" in Bi Any Other Name.
A quote from her essay:
"I literally make love with things like waterfalls, winds, rivers, trees, plants, mud, buildings, sidewalks, invisible things, spirits . . ."
